Types of Exercise

There are so many different types of exerxise sometimes it’s just not very clear what method you should choose. Some types of exercise and can be seen to be very “girly” such as the swiss ball or bosu ball however they are actually very good for men too. They are important for working your core muscles which are found in your stomach and back. So many people suffer from backpain so using a swiss ball or bosu ball will help prevent this from happening. Hopefully.

Some people find exercising boring, yeah me too a bit. It's pretty cool to start trying oiut some other exercises, even if you dont think you'll like it you might end up loving it. You just never know! Why not get yourself a gymnastics leotard and start getting fit this way?
