Vary Your Exercise Regime

If you have only been working your cardiovascular system then it’s time to add in other types of exercise too. Stretching is often ignored but if you don’t stretch your muscles do you know what will happen? You can pull your muscles and cause a lot of damage and pain. Don’t start exercising until you have made sure that you are really supple. This is advice you shouldn’t ignore. Lifting weights is also very important for a complete work out because muscles burn calories faster than fat so if you want to loose fat then build up your muscles.
